Search the Christian Steinert Tibetan Dictionary.

To look up a Tibetan word using Wylie transliteration (Latin letters) just enter the syllables separated by spaces.
Example: cstd 'ong ba

To look up a Tibetan word using Uchen script, enter the syllables separated by the tsheg dot ་ 
Example: cstd འོང་བ་

In the second case you will have to manually click on the first result or hit enter.
