linktag <url>!!<link caption> -t <target>

Returns a hyperlink html code with the given text and destination

EXAMPLES

linktag {url g chocolate}                : Link to a Google search for "chocolate"
linktag www.google.com                   : Link to Google
linktag www.google.com!!Search           : Link to Google, with the text "Search"
linktag www.google.com!!Search -t _blank : The link will open in a new window
