QuoteServer returns an unformatted random quotation on a topic 
specified by the single argument.  

Example: qs design
Displays a quote on the topic 'design'

Three collections are currently implemented:
* simpsons (default)
* design
* math

Anyone who wants to extend this list by submitting a collection of 
at least 50 quotations on a topic (e.g., twain, marxbros, war) can 
send it to g_benett@yahoo.com with the Subject line: 
"Another quote collection" !
